- 4 Months: during campus training

Eligible for Branch Manager in 5 years basis performance
4 Months
This is a four-month phase combining classroom learning with practical training through e-learning modules, lectures, case studies, and field visits.
3 Months
During this three-month internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through observation and shadowing at branches, supported by mentorship from training faculty.
5 Months
This final five-month phase focuses on on-the-job training with soft targets, where you'll receive team support and mentorship from senior staff to align your work with business goals.

Graduation
Full-time graduate from a recognized university
Percentage
50% and above in graduation
